A complete system for clinic management and patient care, with scheduling, electronic records and reporting.
A conceptual project, made to show an approach to product and interface. It does not represent work delivered to a client.
Context
A conceptual exercise. Small and mid-sized clinics tend to split scheduling, medical records and reporting across tools that do not talk to each other, forcing staff to enter the same data in several places.
Challenge
Keeping scheduling, records and indicators consistent without duplicate data entry, and surfacing the state of the day without anyone having to run a report to find it.
Proposal
A single interface where scheduling, electronic records and reporting share one patient record. The landing screen summarises the clinical team's day, and key indicators stay visible without anyone having to generate a report by hand.
